Name Submission for Yizkor Service 2026

Yom Kippur is a time when we remember loved ones who have passed away. As we approach the High Holy Days, we invite our virtual community to join us in this moment of remembrance.

This year, we will memorialize those whom we lovingly remember in a beautifully designed digital booklet. If you are part of our virtual community and would like to share the name of an immediate family member who passed between September 23, 2025 - September 13, 2026, please fill out this form below. Only one form per person will be accepted. The submission deadline is Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 5:00 pm ET.

For those who submit names using our form, you will receive an email on the morning of Sunday, September 13, 2026, with a link to the book of remembrance, or you can scan the easy-to-use QR code that will appear on-screen during our Yizkor service on Monday, September 21, 2026.
