  • This is the 1st of 4 total forms that make up the LCLJ registration process. Not every LCLJ registrant sees this form -- this is the first entry point to LCLJ registration for non-members. We also call this the public-facing LCLJ form. Non-members can access this form via the Central website, or if a SF contact gets sent a prefilled version of this form from staff. 

  • 💌 There's a live autoresponder on this form that sends a thank you to the applicant.
  • There's a redirect on this form that pushes the contact Id of the parent into the next LCLJ form (par1), and a flag that they're a NMIF applicant (tfa_4025):

Welcome to Central Synagogue

We're so pleased to welcome your family into our community.

Registration in the LCLJ is a benefit of Central membership. By enrolling your child(ren) in our school, you gain immediate membership. This form includes questions about your household membership as well as enrollment questions.

You'll be responsible for membership dues in addition to LCLJ tuition, and we want to make sure you know that Central's goal is to include your family in our community and provide a Jewish education regardless of your financial situation. Please don't let finances impact your decision to enroll your child in the LCLJ and become a member. Central's membership team would be happy to discuss membership, dues, and your financial needs with you.

4th-6th Grades: Dates for your child's B'nei Mitzvah year have been assigned. Incoming 4th grade families will receive more information this summer to select a date from those we have available. Incoming 5th and 6th grade families should reach out to Merissa Rosetti (RosettiM@censyn.org) to discuss available dates.

Yahrzeit Observances

If you wish to observe any Yahrzeits (the anniversary of death), please enter their information below. We encourage you to share names of those who are in the traditional Jewish "seven relationships" to you: parents, children, siblings, and spouse/partners. 

We will observe their Yahrzeit by reading their name at Friday night Shabbat worship, and you will receive a reminder each year to notify you of the upcoming date.
