According to the Amended and Restated By-Laws of Central Synagogue dated June 18, 2015, any proxy may be signed in such electronic form as is determined by the Board of Trustees.

The undersigned, revoking all prior proxies, hereby appoints Jeremy Fielding and Emily Steinman, or other such person or persons of my choosing (1), and each of them, as attorneys and proxies of the undersigned, with full power of substitution, and authorizes them to represent and to cast the vote of the undersigned as a Regular Member of Central Synagogue at the Annual Meeting of the Congregation to be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 6:00 pm Eastern Time, and at any adjournment or postponement of such meeting, upon the matters and in accordance with the instructions listed below, with discretionary authority as to any and all other business that may properly come before such meeting.
